Shipping & Returns
We are located in Southern California and ship all over the world via USPS. All orders are sent in a padded envelope or box with tracking.
Although we try to process all orders as soon as possible, please allow up to 10 (ten) days for your handmade item(s) to be it shipped.
All jewelry is carefully handmade to order and there are no returns. Please reference our "Sizing" page before ordering if you are unsure about your size.
Items may be exchanged within the first 7 (seven) days of the marked delivery date. Items must be unworn and in all original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping and any difference in price for the exchange.
Custom items and tailored sizes are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you received an incorrect or defective item, we will pay the return shipping costs for it to be sent back to us. A new item will be sent to you after the incorrect/defective item is returned.
You must notify Baltic Mermaid of the defective item(s) within 7 (seven) days of marked delivery date by emailing us at email@example.com Please send photos of the damaged item with your email and keep all packaging.
Our warranty is valid for 90 (ninety) days from the date of purchase. Our warranty covers the string and clasp only. Beads are not covered under warranty as they are a natural stone that is not man made. Sleeping with the necklace on and using in water will void your warranty. For warranty claims please email us a photo firstname.lastname@example.org
Customer is responsible for the return shipping back to Baltic Mermaid.
Our warranty does not cover natural inclusions, broken beads, or color changes.
