Shipping & Returns


SHIPPING

We are located in Southern California and ship all over the world via USPS. All orders are sent in a padded envelope with tracking. 

Although we try to process all orders as soon as possible, please allow up to 10 (ten) days for your item to be handmade before it ships. 



RETURNS POLICY

Everything is carefully handmade to order and there are no returns or exchanges. Please reference our "Sizing" page before ordering if you are unsure about your size. 

If you received an incorrect or defective item, we will pay the return shipping costs for it to be sent back to us. A new item will be sent to you after the incorrect/defective item is returned and received back.

You must notify Baltic Mermaid of the defective item(s) within 7 (seven) days of delivery by emailing us at hello@balticmermaid.com 


WARRANTY

Our warranty is valid for 90 (ninety) days from the date of purchase. Our warranty covers the string and clasp only. Beads are not covered under warranty as they are a natural stone that is not man made. Sleeping with the necklace on and using in water will void your warranty. For warranty claims please email us a photo hello@balticmermaid.com 

Customer is responsible for the return shipping back to Baltic Mermaid. 

Our warranty does not cover natural inclusions, broken beads, or color changes.
